Hello everyone, second last day and a busy one it was, but orders are flying out the door still...
Jo and Louise this morning got stuck straight into the butter.
With Luke on the other side.
Practice makes perfect, Jordan and Gary
start with practising the dates before writing them on the bags.
Stuart is adding the inserts.
This ribbon would stretch many times around our building by now!
Tammy cutting some more ready to thread gumnuts.
While Amanda and Wayne clean up some more gumnuts.
Busy busy in the dry mix corner, Chris and Veronica
measuring out ingredients.
While Jennifer sifts the flour.
Is this the naughty corner?
And just what have Kelly and Helen done to be here?
The phantom blogger found no answer and the
ladies returned to work so all's good 😃
Bronte and Layla are taking a turn at working with Bryce.
David and Cheryl are ready for the next mix!
Jennifer and Angie still have a little
to go on with in the pantry.
Heavy lifting! Josh is up to the task.
While Heather and Emma pack the next bag.
Here they come! Louise with a tray full of
bags about to be sealed and delivered.
Jennifer and Brenda are finishing them off with a flourish.
Afternoon...and the first thing we need to do
is collect all the rubbish...
Rony and Josh are doing that job today.
Louise has moved on to the butter table.
As have Gary and Therese.
Tammy is labelling some bags ready for tomorrow.
That's our last day for this year's Bake!
Julie is stirring a mix ready to go to the kitchen.
Amanda and Dallas are already busy
preparing the next one.
Jennifer and Jennifer...yes folks, that's not a typo!
Working with Bryce this afternoon.
Brenda is giving rolling her best go in the kitchen.
The pantry crew is hard to keep up with though!
Emma, Heather and Stuart on one table...
Jordan and Chris on the other.
Helen and Luke set a cracking pace at the lifting table.
Cause these packers mean business!
Layla, Ange, Louise and Veronica.
Bronte, Raj and Cheryl whisking them away quick as.
And look at this!!! Bronte and Kelly.
And in one of these baskets it went!
Out the door they go.
We were busy but not so busy we couldn't stop
for Louise's birthday!
Lighting the candles ready to celebrate.
Before we turned to the serious end of day task of washing up...
Brenda and Jennifer giving the kitchen a spruce up
ready for the last day tomorrow.
Almost there, just a few more orders to fill, see you all tomorrow!!!
